By accessing or using PostPilot AI ("the Service"), operated by CybriskTech ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PostPilot AI is a social media automation platform that allows users to connect social media accounts, generate AI-powered content, schedule posts, and monitor publishing activity across platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Connected Social Media Accounts

When you connect third-party social media accounts, you authorize PostPilot AI to access, post, and manage content on your behalf within the permissions you grant during OAuth authorization. You may disconnect any account at any time from your dashboard.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI tools is provided as suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before it is published. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Exceed rate limits or abuse API integrations.
• Upload or distribute malicious content or malware.

8. Billing and Credits

The Service offers a free tier with limited credits and paid plans with additional features. Credits are consumed when certain actions are performed (e.g., publishing posts). Paid subscriptions are billed through Razorpay. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service. We retain ownership of the platform, its design, code, and brand. You grant us a limited license to display your content within the Service as needed to provide the product.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
